Agreement By using Rinply's services you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree please do not use our services.

Age Restriction You must be at least 18 years of age to use Rinply's services or opt in to receive SMS communications from Rinply. By submitting your information you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.

SMS Communications By opting in to receive SMS messages from Rinply you agree to receive automated text messages including appointment reminders, booking confirmations, lead follow-up messages, and promotional communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer Rinply is not responsible for any delays or failures in the receipt of SMS messages as delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Rinply is not liable for any losses or damages arising from delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages.

Service Use Rinply's platform is intended for legitimate business use only. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms.

Payment By subscribing to Rinply's services you agree to pay the applicable monthly subscription fees. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability Rinply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
